Shipping and Returns

 

We are located at Langwarrin South in Victoria, direct pickups can be arranged just put a note in your order, otherwise we ship all our items by Australia Post registered and insured against loss in the mail. For international orders we are happy to quote shipping costs – please contact us. All our goods are carefully packed for their journey to make sure they arrive in good condition.

We will dispatch items on the same or next business day after the payment has been cleared, paypal is usually the quickest.

Please note: a sigature will be required on reciept of orders being delivered.




How much does it cost to deliver in Australia?

Small Parcel: $10.00 for up up to 500g and $100 insurance eg. single item like tee shirts, jodphurs, single christmas decoration, tail bag

Medium Parcel: $12.50 for up to 3kg and $200 insurance eg. 2 items of clothing, breeches, 2 christmas decoration (require special packing)

Large Parcel: $15.00 for up to 3kg and $300+ insurance eg. helmets, jackets, saddle bags

Extra Large: price will be quoted.

We reserve the right to adjust the postage should insufficient postage not be selected on checkout.

BUY 2 Helmets get postage on 2nd one free.

Returns 

Equino will only accept exchanges or gift vouchers in return for faulty items. Details of this policy are provided below. If you still have questions after reading our policy please do not hesitate to contact us by email at lisa@equino.com.au


Return of faulty items

Items that are faulty can be exchanged for an item of similar type and cost or a gift voucher to an equivalent value. Equino will pay all associated shipping costs. To exchange products, the item must be returned in its original packaging. Items sold on a "no return basis" cannot be returned unless faulty.

Procedure for Returning Items

Please contact us to arrange the return of faulty items. Equino accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us. Returns take approximately 7 days to process from the date of receipt of goods by Equino (very rarely would returns take longer to process – if this is the case we will keep you informed).
